New release with GHC 9.8 support?

Would it be possible to cut a new release? It would be great to get a version on Hackage with some of the recent changes (in particular #191).

After such a release exists, I can make a PR to re-enable minio-hs on Stackage.

I'd also like this if there's bandwidth. The crypton-connection work especially is important in my case. minio 1.7.0 is the last dep I have that depends on the cryptonite versions.
