Add anchor support

For documentation where we have table of contents, the clicks to the items there aren't directing the users to the relevant sections of the page. We would need to investigate why the Github parser that we use in Gluegun is not supporting anchors and if we need to pay any special attention to anything while we are creating the docs in Github as well.
