Add backslashes to multiple line commands

You'll have to be more specific, that was a very large update to restructure our CLI docs (and there's another one incoming too so I hope no one is depending on those URL paths)

The pages updated by this PR have been completely overhauled in a substantial refresh of the docs site, and the requested changes no longer apply. The replacement pages are not missing trailing slashes in any command examples. If you find additional problems with the current doc stack, submit a new PR.
