Limit scrolling

Hello

I have a problem with using the scroll wheel. If you spin the wheel for a few items, then several slides pops up and overlap (in the slides - text with a transparent background). After that, of course, all the extra slides will be hidden. gallery Can I do that would be with the abrupt scrolling I have only one slide? Thanks for the help
