Interactive mode only suggesting single characters.

I expected to be choosing more from words than characters in interactive mode, particularly because the output from non-interactive generate() looks great. Is there something I am doing wrong?

it is expected behaviour since the model is trained in character mode! set it the training to word mode (and set the training params accordingly, as explained in the author's blog post).
