Apply filter updates on feed refresh

When I change a feed's block filters and then click refresh, previously fetched items do not appear to be filtered. I thought the filters didn't work at first because of this, so it would be great to apply any filter changes when clicking refresh.

The filters are currently applied during feed refreshes. It doesn't touch the entries already saved into the database.

It would be nice to allow refetch when any feed settings were changed. For example when using the "Fetch original content" option it usually is desired to updated the old entries, too.

The current workaround is to delete the feed and then re-add it.

What we're looking for here is basically a "force refresh" (or "force refetch") button.

Force refresh button is necessary.
