Reapply Block and Keep rules to Stored Entries

I would like to be able to apply the "Block" and "Keep" rules to currently stored entries.

This would allow someone to update their rules and then remove all stale entries.

Currently: Even if a "Refresh Feed" is triggered, after a rule is updated, an entry might be skipped because the rule applied to that entry, but the "stored" entry before the rule was updated, is not removed.
