Feed organized by categories under telegram

Hi, is there any chance to use the organization by categories or by feed source using the Telegram integration? I mean, for example, a dedicated chat for the news from the feed A, another one for the feed coming from the feed B, and so on.

I'd also like a feature like this - I have a feed category for software releases and would like to get telegram messages only for that category.
