Prevent posting to Telegram on feeds with 'Hide entries in global unread list' enabled

Unsure if this should go to feature or not, so: I've read https://miniflux.app/faq.html#feature-request.

I think most feeds with this option enabled means the user doesn't want to be notified right away when the feed has a new entry, and I think it makes sense to skip Telegram message in this case.
