Make it easier to find the URL of paid hosting on miniflux.app

Make it easier on https://miniflux.app/ to find the link to https://reader.miniflux.app. Context: My intention was to go to my paid Miniflux hosting account. I didn't have the link as I was on a new computer. I had to go on https://miniflux.app/, click Paid Hosting, then find it as the 7th item of the FAQ as "What is the Miniflux application URL?" Solution: Put the link near the top of https://miniflux.app/hosting.html
