Make a difference between the entries that were actually read and those that are "discarded"

When browsing feeds, a user does not really reads all the entries, sometimes entries are marked as read in batch because the user is not interested.

A new status should be created when the user clicks on the title to open the entry, to differentiate from a simple "mark as read" when he doesn't care. It would allow presenting feeds according the interests of the user.
