Consistent placement of Previous and next button regardless of title size

One of the issues I have when using the app is on the desktop view at least there is no "consistent" place of the previous and next button, they seem to change position with longer / shorter titles

Not sure what solution exactly; perhaps adding another pair of buttons above the title would work?
