collection_gallery.html: name cannot contain underscore to display?

I've been troubleshooting a Wax site that would not display the collection_gallery.html. We realized the first problem is that the dataset contained quotation marks (#46 ) - this would work in a new Wax repo. However, this would not work when the collection name contained an underscore.
