Description

I am trying to combine the @group functionality with the $=SUM functionality and I cannot get it to work. I am not sure if it is supported.

What I really would want essentially is the ability to do formulas (just SUMs) of the individual groups and a big SUM of all the data at the bottom.

how to type '@group' tag in your Excel template file?

Hi @nelson820125 ,

Make sure the cell type format is 'Text' and not the default one 'General'. By the way, @unimatrix27 , I have exactly the same requirement, I do not know if this functionality will be available soon, or is in progress, but it would be really interesting to use formula and insert footer as well in subgroups.

@unimatrix27 @JLPeyrot I'm not entirely sure this is what you were inquiring about but as I pointed out in #636, MiniExcel cannot really support the execution of formulas. If you were implying something else please provide an example of the result you'd like to achieve.
