jsonify any files in RECIPE_DIR/info_yaml.d

Rather than forcing people to always use `extras` metadata to augment packages, give another alternative. `*.yaml` in `join(dirname(meta.yaml), 'info_yaml.d')` are turned into `info/info_json.d/*.json`). Ping @kalefranz

Just to see how this goes. It helps greatly with ccache if you can have a more constant compilation root.

I fixed all the warnings I could squeeze out of as many compilers as I could get my hands on.

This issue began over at https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/1391, but has now morphed into something that seems to be rbokeh specific. Conda defaults has the latest packages for nearly all of this stack...
