Relationships between different config in configuration files

Hi , It is vert excellent work ,and I like this work very much. But I have a doubt about the config: if in my voice files, sampling_rate = 8000, How I set other config ,like ,max_wav_value, filter_length, hop_length and win_length in stft, and n_mel_channels, mel_fmin and mel_fmax in mel ? do you have some formula to get those parameter? @ming024
