Reverting beatmap snapshots

Beatmaps currently get saved as a new snapshot in 5 minute intervals, there should be the ability to go to an earlier version of a beatmap. This should also be doable from the admin panel. There should also be the ability to create the old snapshot as a new beatmap instead of replacing the old one.
