Cannot switch to Simplified Chinese on website

Summary

Clicking the "汉语(zh_CN)" option in the language list on the website does not change the website to Simplified Chinese. However, there is indeed a Chinese translation file in the repository, and the progress of the Simplified Chinese translation on Weblate is 100%.

Steps to reproduce

Click the "汉语(zh_CN)" option in the language list on website, and you will find nothing changed.

By the way, in the language list, it's better to use "简体中文" or "中文（简体）" rather than "汉语".
