Yandex is not sending a large number of emails due to a spam filter. It's also blocked protonmail

ContentDB sends roughly 600 emails a month, maybe 50 a day. I may need to send 1000s in a short period if I need to notify users about something

ContentDB currently has 2600 unique email addresses.
