3 sand blocks, 1 steel ingot, and 2/9 mese crystal... Well, 2 NAND gates cost more mese... Suggestion 1: replace 1 or 2 silicon items with mese crystals in the LuaCtl recipe. Suggestion 2: replace steel with mese in the silicon recipe itself.

Mese isn't that expensive in the long run, it gets very common just a few hundred blocks deep.

That'd help, honestly LuaCs are OP for survival anyways as they end up being the cheapest and most powerful option compared to everything else.
