Add a configuration setting to display Map Tools nodes in the creative inventory

Hey! I installed it mod on server (5.x) and a see only coins blocks (3).

/giveme maptools:smoke_block 10 - not working.

No errors in CLI.

Map Tools nodes (with the exception of coins) aren't shown in the creative inventory, as these are meant to be used by server administrators only. We could add a minetest.conf option to display them in creative inventory, but this should be used in singleplayer only (or on a private server where you trust people).

/giveme maptools:smoke_block 10 - not working.
