Vertical digilines

Hi! Can you add vertical digilines, similar to mesecons?

These are present in my digistuff mod ( https://cheapiesystems.com/git/digistuff/ ) - it should be trivial to copy or re-implement this in base digilines too, but that's not really up to me.

I will try out digistuff. At the moment I do an ugly workaround with digiline conducting tubes from pipeworks.
