Add vibrate for refresh and post buttons

Sometimes PM hangs on posting replies, posting tweets, and tapping refresh making it difficult to confirm that you actually hit the button. It's an annoyance of webOS really. Sometimes tapping a button shows the "rollover" image change but in fact, you missed the button. That happens in PM too. Adding a vibrate to the button tapped would confirm you actually hit the button and to wait.
