Mention Mac-less Bootstrap builds

'Download and install' doesn't really fit with the RootHide Bootstrap since there's currently no way to download it manually (as it's in beta / no UI merged). This PR changes the link from the repository of the Bootstrap to a .md file with instructions for both GitHub Actions building and (FIXED) Xcode building.

It's important to give this information because you're eliminating the possibility that someone could install old, oudated, unsupported, or downright malicious versions of the Bootstrap (some pretty weird people have tried to get their own twist on it). You can read about it more here.

Both the FAQ and the updated README have yet to be implemented into the (protected) main branch of RootHide/Bootstrap / the RootHide Discord server, but they're just busy so I don't blame them.

If you really must use a download link, this release page is the safest one you could add (because of how it's built).

I wouldn't recommend it though, because it gives people who don't entirely know what they're doing the power to ruin their device. It should only be used at the users discretion (though it's not like they'll pay attention anyway).
