iOS 16.5 A12 Issue with all tweaks

There isn’t a single tweak that I’ve found that works at all, I’m starting to suspect that it has something to do with the fact that I’ve used previous jailbreaks and never restored rootfs on them. I noticed that after bootstrapping for the first time Safari started having memory issues, even after I uninstalled bootstrap the issue remained (I’m aware that this is for Serotonin). I have a few concerns like the confidential message appears but the tweak that is now built into Serotonin doesn’t work, and the app does not allow me use the toggles to reinstall Bootstrap or restore. Would appreciate any feedback.
