Minecraft Development for IntelliJ plugin version

Description of the bug

When I try to Create a Fabric mod with any version it gives me this error: P:\Minecraft\LAC\build\loom-cache\remapped_working\zipfstmp14994994183672602525.tmp -> P:\Minecraft\LAC\build\loom-cache\remapped_working\net_fabricmc_yarn_1_21_4_1_21_4_build_8_v2.net.fabricmc.fabric-api-fabric-api-0.115.0+1.21.4.jar: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

It wont work no matter what i try to do.
