Cant scroll to the end of the wizard

Description of the bug
when creating a new project you cant scroll to the end of the wizard and theres no scroll bar on the right the only option is to temporarily set your monitor to vertical and configure everything, then set it back
The wizard has a built in scrollbar, the only issue I see is that the window's minimum height is set to the content height automatically whenever resizing it, which we cannot do anything about because it is a platform behaviour.
First time user here. Same happened to me. Archlinux, KDE plasma, 1080p display. Is there a way to set a max size to the content of the wizard it's self(the area's that are controlled by the project)? or move some settings to collapsible sections so the new project windows doesn't 'miscalculate' the minimum window size?
Overall this really seems like a bug that needs to be fixed upstream (Intellij IDEA)
