This should be implemented in the core . on user public profile or item page there should be some helpers to display email or phone of the user if the user gave the consent .

I don't know if it might help, but I merged a GDPR cookie popup plugin with an old osclass GDPR plugin and published the result yesterday: https://github.com/alastairR/osclass-gdpr
