DOCS: Technical explanation and diagrams of exactly how MindsDB works

Several customers have asked for diagrams to explain exactly what is going on underneath the hood with MindsDB.

• How does data flow?
• What bits of MindsDB talk to others?
• What APIs are used?
• etc etc etc

@ZoranPandovski has kindly provided some examples here but would be great to polish, give explanations alongside and go into even deeper detail:
