pull a full stack, which size it allows would be the only sensible imho ... I doubt it would be hard to add effects but the core of my idea...
also this tool has lastly been updated 7 years ago for some win10 bug, so it is nowhere nearly usefull in win 11 anymore even since win10 you can control...

This is most likely an issue with your launcher command line and not your config, what launcher do you use?

well sounds like either AE2 cuts corners when placing cables that Create does not expect or something wrong with the controller block being breakable in the first place, not sure...
this option had a bad reputation for being an FPS killer in the past the way it was implemented, but practically yes the LED blinked and so did the cables...

Going off on might be misleading and mistaken for power issues imho
