Enhance Fourier Corrected operator

Hi all, thanks again for this package! This PR partially address #124.

Specifically, I added a get_interpolators_from_fieldmap (supporting complex R2* + 1i * B0 fields) and modified the MRIFourierCorrected constructor to use this.

I also added an example for Fourier Corrected operator (I think this was missing). All the best, Matteo
