Summary

Min Tang is a professor at the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, China. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from Zhejiang University in 1994, 1996 and 1999, respectively. From June 2003 to May 2004, he was a visiting scholar at Wichita State University. Between April 2007 to April 2008, and September 2016 to April 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research interests include collision detection/handling, cloth simulation, and GPU-based computation acceleration. He has published more than 90 journal and conference papers, including conference papers at SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, Eurographics, Pacific Graphics, ACM SIGGRAPH Symposium on Interactive 3D Graphics and Games (I3D), Eurographics Symposium on Rendering, ACM Symposium on Solid and Physical Modeling, Computer Graphics International, AAAI and journal papers at ACM Transaction on Graphics, IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics, Computer Graphics Forum, Graphical Models, Computers & Graphics, The Visual Computer, Advanced Engineering Informatics, etc. He is a senior member of the CCF, a member of the ACM, and a member of the IEEE.

He has served as a reviewer for many international conferences (SIGGRAPH, SIGGRPAH Asia, I3D, HPG, WSCG, ICRA, AAAI, etc.) and journals (ACM Transaction on Graphics, IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics, IEEE Transactions on Haptics, The Visual Computer, etc.)
