text effects should apply to inline icons as well

If I apply drop shadow or outline to text it works fine, but it would be nice if these effects could be applied to inline images as well. A Screen Shot 2022-11-21 at 4 27 11 PM ttached are the specific properties on text that I use and would like to get applied to images.

I'll see what I can do. And I think there should probably be an option to disable this feature.
