Cannot login with windows client

Have a fairly new webissues install, trying to get connected with the windows client and it won't log in -- just says "Session Expired" whenever this is tried. Is this supposed to be working? Client from here: https://webissues.mimec.org/downloads

Yep.

Ok. There is a known issue in version 2.0.5 of the desktop client, because of stricter security requirements in Electron it only works with the same version of the server and requires https to work.

For anyone else struggling with this, you have to be using HTTPS for the WebIssues Desktop Client "Server URL" and you have to have a valid SSL certificate.
