Waiting for remote peer to start indefinitely.

Apologies if this is submitted elsewhere. After running alpha4 for the first time on Windows Home, I noticed that it began to download the entire chain from scratch and reached around 4GB. The next time I looked, I saw that it seemed to start again but is now stopped on 3.74. I haven't tried reopening yet but just wanted to report in case it helps.
