[Feature]: Grafana dashboard for standalone deployments

The currently provided grafana dashboard seems to only work with k8s deployments. A grafana dashboard for standalone deployments would be appreciated.

dashboard.txt You can try this. You need to add a job to the configuration file prometheus.yml of the prometheus service, and fill in the metric address of milvus.

@baijinge0310 This is not suitable for latest milvus version(2.4). Where can i find the latest grafana dashboard config for milvus standalone 2.4 version?
