[Enhancement]: Unify mockery generate

Is there an existing issue for this?

What would you like to be added?

  • Add mockery generation command in Makefile
  • Maybe auto interface mockery mechanism

Why is this needed?

When a interface is changed, there maybe a lots of mockery generated file needs to be updated. It could be exhausting for a developer to fix this problem when contributing codes.
