[QUESTION]: GPTMilvusIndex doesn't exist in llama_index

What is your question?

Docs mention integration with llama_index, but I am unable to reproduce the exact example code. Even when searching through the llama_index documentation I was unable to find any mention of GPTMilvusIndex. If this is some feature that was changed on the side of llama_index, the docs are not accurate anymore.
