[FEATURE]: Want a much more powerful text search engine as bootcamp project

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have a text search engine bootcamp project but it was rather small and simple.

We want a product level text search bootcamp project, which can support at least the following items:

1. Hybrid text search with Milvus (for vectors) + ElasticSearch (for words/sentences)
2. Multilingual support, at least English and Mandarine.
3. Full text search, not only the title.
