[Bug]: Unable to to execute show collection-history --id int

Current Behavior

Milvus(by-dev) > show collection-history --id 451336372851573427 get error key not found: by-dev/meta/root-coord/collection/451336372851573427 key not found: by-dev/meta/root-coord/collection/451336372851573427

Expected Behavior

Should Return the collection history

Steps To Reproduce

1.Build and execute the birdwatcher binary
2.Connect to the Milvus(by-dev)
3.Run a Milvus Script to create collection and insert
4.Run show collections
5 get the collection id and run show  collection-history --id INT
