Can't install cias with Boop

I don't have 7gb on my 3ds to install Pokemon Ultra Sun.cia so I wanted to try out Boop. When I try installing, I get this error:

Failed to install from URL. http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/Pokemon... Result code: 0xD820A069 Level: Permanent (27) Summary: Nop (1) Module: HTTP (40) Desc: Request timed out (105)

I've tried using 2.0.0 and 1.4.0. I am using FBI Ver. 2.6.0

1. THey are connected in the same network 2.Check IPs the computer and the 3ds ip
2. If your are a developer check the port 8080 is not in use

I have the same problem and i can only install stuff using ver. 1.4.0

Is a CIA problem. Check if your CIA is Decrypted

I have the same issue, I've already used Boop a dozen times and worked just fine, but with Pokemon Ultra Sun doesn't work. The download begins but fails sometime later

I have the same issue, i can't install any games using boop it keeping showing the same message (@JoshEmpeor sou br tbm! Será que tem solução pra isso?)

@JoshEmpeor @JoshEmpeor HYEUHEUEHUE aproveitando que são BR respondo em português mesmo, eu acho que consegui resolver. Pode ser dois problemas, até onde consegui perceber: Um, pode ser seu wi-fi. Se o jogo for muito grande, vai pesar muito e parar perto do fim ou na metade. Eu resolvi isso deixando o 3DS em cima do modem Dois, a versão do Boop, o 1.4 parece ter mais facilidade com jogos maiores, mesmo sendo uma versão anterior. Na dúvida, tentem ambos os métodos. Usa o Boop 1.4 e deixa do lado do Modem. Nunca mais tive problema com isso e baixei Pokémon Ultra Sun de boa, só demorou uma eternidade... Mas deu

@Quilua vlw fera, tentei e funcionou pra mim, só usar a versão anterior resolveu meu problema e nem tá tão ruim, 1mb/s na minha net lixo. Com um pouquinho de paciência finalmente vou jogar meu Xenoblade 3D

I work's for somebody, I have turned off the firewall, and (using boop 1.4) and selected the second IP in "Computaer IP Adress" and then all worked fine..
