Update README / docs to include last f4 commit + f5 specifics (bower, deps, etc.)

Does anyone know what the last commit was for F4 Reverie?

I would be happy to update the README / docs to cover the specifics with Bower, installing Node, NPM, etc. and include a link to F4 as there is a link to the last F3 commit.

Even though they won't be maintained would it be worth creating F3 and F4 branches as they do in the Zurb Foundation Repo? Then you can link directly to the tarball + the source.
