How to install?

Hello,

I am running Yosemite 10.10.1 and downloaded the Zip file. There is a lack of documentation on this page that describes the install process and no readme in the Zip file.

There are a bunch of files in the directory but no mention of how to install the application.

Please help me understand the install process. Thanks.
