Hi. I have encountered a tricky problem when running the Dquartets of this software, that is, the output file is incomplete. I have 118 individuals, divided into four groups. SETS.txt： 1684917751117 VCF: 1684917873640 The command line as follows: ./Build/Dsuite Dquartets 0327.all.LDfilter.new.vcf SETS.txt But, the contents of the output files are as follows:
