Is that possible to control the fresh air?

My colmo conditioner has fresh air function. And it could control by the meiju app. And I want to integrate by homeassistant. I download several midea hacs plugin, but only could set the air condition function ,not the fresh air function.

Do you have any idea on how to make the fresh air function also work?

I've seen some code comments around that talk about a "exchange air" mode. This might be the same as "fresh air".

Can you describe how it works in the meiju app?

  • Is it another operation mode ( e.g. cool, heat, fresh air? )?
  • Is it a preset (e.g. eco, turbo, etc)?

Hi @mill1000, I also have that functionality, and I think it is a preset (it's a button like clean/turbo/eco). Also by meaning it should be the same as the "exchange air" you mentioned: as I understand it will bring out stale indoor air and bring in fresh air (while conditioning/filtering it? unclear to me). Could I help with some debug info?

I'm waiting for mill1000/midea-msmart#151 to be applicable somehow, as I'm not able to configure it with the app, but I was able to connect directly from pc to the net_ac wifi.

Well unfortunately I wouldn't hold me breathe for that feature. I no longer have a device to test with so unless someone else wants to take that on it likely won't be implemented.
