Add mode-line-misc-info to powerline themes

This "mode line construct for miscellaneous information" includes global-mode-string and which-function-mode by default.

@luismbo are you still interested in submitting this? any chance you could confirm similar behavior with before and after screenshots? then I'll be happy to merge this change.

Nothing in particular. Just something that shows no visual change or if there is, that it’s not a big deal.

I wasn’t sure if the order of the modes and whichfunc would be different.
