Added rd_kafka_list_groups API to get consumer group subscription metadata

Closing this now that rd_kafka_list_groups is deprecated and replaced with rd_kafka_ListConsumerGroups and rd_kafka_DescribeConsumerGroups. Both are available in the go client via #923.

Run scripts under kafka/bin via Go code.

Closing this as we now the AdminClient supports the operations that are being asked for in this thread, creating acls: https://github.com/confluentinc/confluent-kafka-go/blob/master/examples/admin_create_acls/admin_create_acls.go

Hi @pawelcit , thanks for bringing this up. I can't seem to reproduce it, but that could just be due to the difference in number of brokers and consumer groups....

Support for ListConsumerGroupOffsets?

This has been added to the master branch and will be released along with the next release.
