How can I configure autodeletion of old data after e.g. 90 days / 3 months?

That functionality currently does not exist in Shynet; perhaps set something up in Postgres?

Would implementing this as an app command be acceptable? Then on the server it can be executed via cron or other scheduling software every so often.
