In v0.42, we now cache requests for 12 hours. This should help avoid these hiccups.
The data from these requests are required, so we can't simply log a warning and proceed.
It would require a bit of a rework to short-circuit out of the version resolve flow, especially only for an alias.
@harrytran998 Next time this happens you can try setting `PROTO_LOG=trace` to see if any logs appear. Glad you got it working though. I'll leave this open for now in case...

@W1M0R That may be. If you're still able to produce this, can you set `PROTO_LOG=trace` before upgrading? I'm curious exactly where the failure is happening.
