Fresh Install fixed it all up for me I was streaming tonight without any issues

@Lordblanca I am impatient..... If it takes more than 4hrs I am looking for the newest Ubuntu php and nginx and I Go to it.... It always works better afterwards....

A roll back option would be nice.....
